📦 Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You received a different item than what was ordered
  • You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Opened medical devices or hygiene-related items (e.g., nebulizers, belts) unless faulty
  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at marketing@medinsider.shop with your order ID and issue details
  2. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will verify the claim and initiate pickup if eligible
  4. Return pickup is usually scheduled within 2–5 business days

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer

🔄 Exchange Policy
