You can request a return if:

- The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

- Opened medical devices or hygiene-related items (e.g., nebulizers, belts) unless faulty
- Items purchased on clearance or special sale
π How to Request a Return

- Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will verify the claim and initiate pickup if eligible
- Return pickup is usually scheduled within 2β5 business days

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 working days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer
